I begin with exploration. I want to know in what areas you are struggling and where your strengths and resources reside. I want to know what you want your life to look and feel like when you have completed therapy. In our work together, we will draw connections to your values, strengths, and resources to initiate the change you want in your life. I believe in your capacity to grow, heal, & change.
